Sales Process

The first step is for you to contact us to book an appointment! Consultations are free and there are no obligations.

On our first meeting we will discuss what you need and what you want from your space. Product brochures and literature will be available for you to look over as we take measurements and assess the property. If a design is required we will have you sign a design contract.

A drawing and an estimate will be prepared for you to review. Upon approval a construction contract is drawn up outlining specs and terms.

At this point a deposit is required to schedule the job. Once the job begins we work until the job is complete, proactively problem solving any potential issues so your project runs smoothly.

Once complete we will do a walk around and inspection of the job site to ensure quality and completion. We will inform you of any maintenance requirements and show you how to operate any appliances/controls that have been installed.

We provide ongoing service and support for our clients and our workmanship is guaranteed.
